Overall I think it's a good course, a bit lengthy. And focused a lot on users of Windows in sections. All good info but many developers etc don't use windows. Mac and Linux among others... I am taking this test on a Mac running Linux so the entire chapter on Windows was "interesting" and "long" with not direct application.

The course is very useful and necessary in modern realities. In the 21st century, company employees must be knowledgeable about cybersecurity.

This course is all over the place. ISO, Malware, sneaky questions on the spelling of VPN rather than its actual usage, and even advertisements for SIA's own products and courses. Any individual or company looking for real security training should look for more specialized, component-based options. I am not a netops engineer and I don't need to be told to close and lock a server room door. Sections 2 and 6 are especially useless for most people.

I am not a very technical person and do struggle with certain aspects of the terminologies especially when working with very young people who are technically more aware than someone of my age. Working in a technical company there are people who think you know everything about technology when actually you don't.

The fact that the ISO certification is incorrectly spelled in several locations really gives the impression of low quality. The run time of the training is very slow.

This is a course for staff who have no education in IT at all. Here are the basic definitions and basic things. You will hardly be able to put them into practice and they will hardly help you in real life. In short, the course is about what you need to use an antivirus and report to the organization's security service if they try to hack you. In general, it is useless to spend 40 minutes of life to pass the test from 1 time without viewing 2.5 hours of lectures.

Final test was ridiculous. Mix of half-baked ambiguous questions, coupled with ridiculous crap that a 5 yr old could answer, or nowhere near enough info to actually know what the question was asking. Horrible course.

Apart from the occasional typo errors ( ISO27001 standard is sometimes mentioned as ISO20071 ), this course gave me the necessary informations to be aware of the existing cyber threats faced by a company. Thanks, to all who worked in setting up this course.

It was extremely long winded and everytime I thought I was getting near the end there were more chapters. Suggest to make it more concise. The materiel was extremely thorough though so assume this is a good thing. For basic cyber awareness this course felt a little too extensive.

The simulation part of "how to remove malware" is outdated at the time of viewing this video which is June 2022

MS Internet Explore has been replaced with Edge but there's no mention of that in the course. A little outdated.

The course provides relevant introduction and intermediate information about the basics of cybersecurity. It is an eye-opener about the realities happening in our cyberspace and how we can equip ourselves against possible cyber-attacks. Every internet user must take this right away.

In this course, I've learned different ways on how to secure my passwords and accounts from hackers and cybercriminals. I've learned different types of hacking and social engineering that's why I am aware now on how to properly secure my accounts online. To SIA Global, thank you for this opportunity to learn a lot from you. Great job! Keep up the good work.

This is one of the best course I have enrolled so far. I am just halfway of the course and I can already say that this course made cybersecurity easy to learn. This is actually good for my colleagues who are not so familiar with cybersecurity. Will recommend this.
