This is the best course I've gone through on Udemy so far. There's very valuable information and personable, clear instructors who seem to really care about their target audience's success. Despite may familiarity with other CSM courses, this one really gets tot he meat and bones of someone looking to make the transition to this career. Their Q&A is outstanding too. Excellent!

For someone new to the technology world and Customer Success, this course was a great introduction to get an understanding of the fundamentals. It's laid out in an easy to digest manner and did not overwhelm me. I definitely hope they release an advanced course! PS. The interview tips at the end is very helpful.

This was very helpful. I was previously in finance and the world of technology was a bit foreign to me. This course was able to give me real, practical, useful information that I needed to know about customer success and importantly, how to get a job in the field. I reached out to the instructors to get some feedback on my resume and help with interview questions and they were very patient and helpful with some of my questions as well. If you're looking to get a crash course for customer success and get into the field, this is the right one.
