I am glad to improve my comments from the start to the finish this course and the lecturer was great! Well thought out, innovatively delivered and very informative with things I can do right away. I also liked the variety of ways the lessons were taught. The one suggestion I would make is to just somewhere in a note we can see clearly state that we have to click on the triangle at the base of the left side of the screen, in some of the lessons to move from slide to slide for those in our fifties and older who may not be as techie as you young-uns. Okay? Thanks so much! xoxo

I´ve worked in customer care for years, and this course is giving me new hints and ideas I never took to consideration. It has a very detailed content, and it is explained from the "best" customer service point of view.

There were several places were the section required us to read through the detail being presented. I don't particularly like this type of training content but in this case the type was also very small on my screen causing my eyes to strain a bit. Please spoon feed instead of present material that we need to read.
