Content and structure were good. However, recording had overlaps, at one point, could hear a woman speaking with her kids in the background. Some of the numberings are incorrect.

The course is really good - a lot of practical knowledge, well organised & structured. I would give 5 if not the audio complications on the way - some videos overlap with like other courses audio (one was Hindi language lesson I think?).

The content is good and detailed. But a lot of sections have overlapping sound which makes it difficult to understand the voice-over.

the content is good. but the deliver, pronunciations, and overall engagement poor. Graphics and overall video quality are awful. There are videos ( like 55) where there is a second audio layered on top of the lesson.

I am not able to complete this course due to its lack of professionalism in the slides and recording. There were multiple instances of typos and poor grammar. There were also overlapping recorded audio in certain sections. One example was what sounded like a woman instructing young children of whom you could hear in the background. Aside from these issues, the course material was informative and helpful but there were too many of these distractions.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and the material is good, but there's an audio quality issue which is a disaster.. in some videos you can hear other people talking and it'd be impossible to hear the instructor

I'm a process improvement specialist and wanted to learn cx journey mapping to add to my toolset. The instructor is very knowledgeable and the course does teach you to journey map. However, there were several audio problems where there was duplicate audio overlays of other people's audio clips talking during the lessons which made it impossible to understand - Section 7 Dimensions 2, 4, 12, 14 are examples. There are a couple other instances earlier in the course. Also some of the audio was cut off at the end of some of the lessons. These things needs to be fixed to improve the quality of the training. I've also been trying out the CXDeployer and it keeps crashing or randomly deletes entries or doesn't work when you click on things. So it's really unusable.

Excellent course providing solid strategic view and concrete steps for customer journey topic. This level of training is hard to find on the online course market, I consider it great value for money. Some sessions has brief voice interference which can use some post editing improvement, but in general it does not impact the learning experience. I personally would like to know more about the execution stages: execution strategy, dashboard creation and how to follow up. If there are other resources or courses regarding what I just mentioned will be highly appreciated. Again, wonderful job and thanks a lot!

Very monotone presentation and difficult to understand with the accent. I greatly respect all ethnicities and their accents. It's just very difficult for me to understand.
