For a short course, this was very good. It efficiently goes through the basics of conflict resolution and gives great tips for dealing with workplace issues. It exceeded my expectations of a 30 minute course.

Very good for quick refreshing of conflict management technics . Although before you listen it you have to dug deeper in theory to understand it.
