Excellent presentation of all structural inputs like pre-calculated perimeter beam loads, Static Earthquake coefficients based on UBC 1997, and soil bearing capacity (illustrated in the the PowerPoint) which is very useful to understand the process of inputting to ETABS. The pacing of lectures is very conducive in learning each topic being discussed. There is a need to improve the portion on how to model the stairs. I need to go back to this again to have a very clear understanding. This portion is ambiguous yet very interesting to learn how to model in ETABS. I hope this can still be improved with deliberate intention to clarify to all the students.

Very Nice. Explained in clear way. The instructor has extensively explained many functionalities of the ETABS software with the required theoretical explanations.
