Welcome to: Create an 8-bit website!

We'll be creating a retro-style 8-bit website that looks like it fits in with 90's Nintendo games. This style website is great for sharing portfolio pieces, hobby sites, and resume-style web pages.

In this course you'll follow me as I build a resume-style website, but feel free to adapt it to your vision.

*You should be somewhat familiar with basic HTML and CSS to get the most out of this course. Beginners knowledge of HTML is OK!

Es macht Spaß, Kalob zuzuhören. Für einen Anfänger-Kurs erklärt er aber viel zu wenig. Die entstehende Webseite basiert auf einem CSS, einer Schrift und einem Gridsystem. Alles wird via CDN eingebunden. Genauere Erklärungen, wie zum Beispiel das CSS aufgebaut ist oder das Grid-System funktioniert, erfährt man nicht. Ich habe den Kurs für rund 10 € bekommen, daher war Preis/Leistung okay. Hätte ich die vollen 80 € bezahlt, hätte ich mich vermutlich geärgert.

The course is mostly a "how to" use a specific library. It is straightforward and really easy to follow. It is supposed to teach you how to create a 8-bit style website and it does the job, but still, little freedom to creativy is left due to the limitations of exclusively using specific library.

Amazing and quick course to brush up my html/CSS and also a great way to build up your portfolio/resume site if you like me have been waiting forever to do so. Now with this course, I got super motivated to complete my own version of resume using the concepts and libraries introduced in this course.
