really great explanation and keep follow hands on excited to see my result. please if i need to divide or multiply the value from holding register how to do some maths in scripts because my modbus slave value i need to divide by 10 and show on the scada

It is too good to understand Modbus communication in a simple manner. We would like to connect remote device on serial as well as TCP/IP connection using Modbus address for several slave devices. Please help us to developed such applications.

I am not new to Visual Studio or VB.NET, but I am new to Modbus. This course is exactly what I need to be able to read the values and status from a VFD and display them in my own Windows Application. Great teacher!

So far, I have accomplished something I couldn't make without this course. The teacher explains everything step by step and in a clearly, plain way. The best thing, I tried the code in one of the products I work on, and it worked right away! Well, i finished today this course. As i said before, i am now playing with the real world using the project we built here in this course and so far it is working, so i will need to expand the code to do automation using PLCs to test modules.

Good course and learnt a lot form it. The instructor was very engaging and was clearly a "guru" in the field. NOTE: Before you do this course you should really do the Mastering Modbus and Modbus TCP/IP course first.

merging programming skills with my knowledge and experience in industrial automation and SCADA systems is just what I needed. the course has been most helpful. We also use other protocols like iec60870-5-101/4 and iec61850. I will look for libraries and try to implement them as well. it will be better though to be able to write the library functions.
