It was therapeutic! The analogies have remained with me and the examples made it so easy to understand.Step by step articulated. An entire recorded session with a client was an icing on the cake. Really worth every minute spent.

The course is so comprehensive .Beautiful analogies used which we can relate so well to. The session was very well structured and at the same time kept our attention span right intact.Would highly recommend this course to all budding as well as experienced therapists. It would also help non therapists understand how to handle uncertainity in these trying times.I would love to do more such courses with the same therapist in order to hone my own skills as a therapist.

There are many topics and essential points which I have either forgotten through the years or did not think are important. I have learnt a lot and know that I will be better equipped to counsel clients in the future.

Many good concepts related to changing mindsets into productive thinking patterns. It focuses on recognizing emotions, triggers, dysfunctional thinking, and adapting these to positive outcomes.

The content was good but lecturer spoke very quickly or went through the content quickly. I constantly had to pause to read and process the information to make sure I understood what was being said. The content itself is very informative and insightful. I have little issues understanding the pronunciation of the words so it would be helpful to have the words on the screen to follow along.
