Good coverage of basics, a good refresher for budget fundamentals. End to End sequence was hard to follow and the iterations were a little confusing to me. Some more focus on the cost control part would have been better, but overall a good course. Many thanks!

A clear, comprehensive review of the course content. Quite a few typos and the occasional inconsistency in the slides. However, the pacing was nice and easy to follow.

This is great to get a detailed treatment of the subject. The instructor has put in adequate thought into the progression of the curriculum and done a very extensive course. The quizzes at end of each section solve the purpose of refreshing what is learned - and I am getting benefits from them also. All in all - I would recommend this course to any PM looking for a detailed analysis of cost management in this course.
