So far, this is absolutely an amazing class. The presentation is perfect and has my attention at all times. I paused just after the scrambled eggs section to go and try it. I will admit that tasting those scrambled eggs (stainless steel sauté pan on top of a sauce pan with simmering water) brought tears to my eyes because it tastes like the eggs that my father would cook for me when I was young, and I've been wanting to make eggs like that for the last 10 years. I've made eggs probably hundreds of times, but none that tasted like that. I'm fully drawn in and will be trying Jenna's fried egg the next time I'm hungry (ate two servings of the scrambled eggs).

It was a lovely and easy to understand course. Jenna has done a brilliant job in explaining each recipe. I wish there were more variations of Omelette e.g. Spanish , Mexican, etc.. overall loved the course. Thank you.

Thank you for this wonderful lecture on egg recipes. I am a single dad it's great to have different types of eggs to eat every morning....... I love the bit of humor while presenting the course. I recommend this course for bachelors and single parents.

She has a lot of experience and expertise with cooking and I am learning new things. She is pretty and speaks slow which makes the videos easy to watch. I can use the knowledge gained in this course.

I had no idea how to poach an egg. My wife loves poached eggs so I will now be able to cook those. And I like the idea of scrambling eggs using a double boiler.

Enjoyed the course. I learned the many different aspects of cooking eggs which I love. Jenna presents material in a very easy, honest and friendly manner that allows me to learn. Perhaps different ways to cook omelets which I love with different ingredients would have been helpful. It seemed like the omelet shown was too simple and plain but I can understand if just getting at the basics was the objective. Looking forward to other Jenna courses. Thanks

Food Porn ! That was fun :) We have got chicken and I really dont know what to do with this lots and lots of eggs. I hoped there were more recipes ....but....you promised !
