We are Lotta Siebold and Ryan Kingsbury of FitWell Fusion (online courses, podcast, transformational coaching), and we'd like to share with you what we've learned through our own individual transformations.

Time Management is a big topic, and this will approach it step by step. Each of the 9 sections is accompanied by an action item sheet in PDF format to allow you to practice the things we discussed in each section.

For most of my life, my story was that I was not good at time management. I've always enjoyed having free time to relax and decompress, but my mismanagement would often leave me scrambling around in a fit of stress. This course is helping me to change my story. Lotta provides very clear and detailed information that's digestible and easy to understand. Being a visual learning, I love how each chapter comes with downloadable action items. You can complete these on your computer or print out to handwrite/draw your fun assignments. Lotta and Ryan are the real deal. I highly recommend this course and checking out their podcast. Lotta and Ryan a very personable. Even though they are filled with a plethora of knowledge they continue to have a growth mindset of improving daily through continual learning. I would recommend this course to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed with all the things they need to do every day. Or more so, the things they feel they need to do every day. This course will probably offer different things to different people. For me personally, many of the suggestions were things I already incorporate into my work and personal life, but there were several little things that I wasn’t paying attention to and hadn’t really thought about. Things that were wasting my time and causing me unnecessary anxiety and stress. When I was debating about a time management course, I was worried that since I already have no free time, adding a course to my life didn’t make sense, but I’m glad I did because this course is compact and to the point. It’s segmented into short videos of only a few minutes, so I chose to watch a few each day which made it very easy. And, great reminders to take a deep breath….I’m pretty sure I hadn’t done that in months.

Wow, I am actually surprised at how simple and effective this course is. I've been doing many different courses on Time management and all of those were repeating the same stuff over and over again. While this one really got to the point and used a few really effective strategies that I wasn't aware of in the area of Time Management. Definitely a Great course.

Good and clear speech. I liked the aspects regarding happiness and prioritizing. Some advices are new, some I already knew but it is good to be reminded of and use them more actively
