The Conquer Anxiety program is designed to help you better understand what makes your mind anxious and how it moves from one thought to the next. Created and developed by Warren Broad, author speaker and therapist.

You will learn how to monitor your thoughts, record them and break down the sequence in order to lower and interrupt the patterns your brain has created that lead to anxiety and panic.

An introduction to meditation, visualization, and thought vibration is included. Students are given the tools to help manage and be as aware as possible in dealing with anxiety.

You will also be given audio, visual, and PDF documents to assist in your learning process. A full guided meditation is provided to help begin to develop your meditation and visualization techniques.

The course is structured into digestible video lectures that build on each other. Great attention is paid to keeping lectures limited, in order to avoid overwhelm.

This course was just what I needed to help me deal day-to-day with anxiety. I am staggered at how well Warren explains things such that it makes total sense to me - it has felt as if he knows me and is talking directly to me. Right to the last session it has helped me to deal with my own emotions, my reaction to other people and to understand how to set up my day so that I can live in a more positive vibration. I have been diagnosed with GAD couple of years ago. During the last 5 years I have been living through almost all of my nightmares: serious spine injury of my the oldest son, miscarrying two girls daughters, mooving with my husband to the other side of the Globe, loosing my job, finding out that my husband will never be happy unless he starts working on himself... At the same time these 5 years has been the most valuable of my life. I know now I am strong. I know I am able to help others, and I am able to share my experience. Warren really gets it. Almost everything he discusses accurately described my experience of anxiety. He clearly has a lot of experience in treating anxiety. I'm feeling confident so far that, with his advice, I can conquer it.

As a coach, I found Warren’s approach to be authentic, accessible and engaging. It was easy to relate to the situational examples he offered which made me feel I could trust his experience. The theories and resources made available brought wonderful moments of clarity for me. I was looking for strategies to break down specific elements of my anxiety and hoping this would encourage me to take a more active role in controlling it. The course has given me valuable tools in this regard. It left me with “good vibrations” and I would encourage others to take it to see what I mean by that.

The Conquer Anxiety course touches on very important aspects of anxiety that every person is affected by (whether it be personal or a close family member or friend) I personally suffer from anxiety to an extent that it can control the decisions that I make in my life. However, this course gave me real tools to change my own reality and conquer negative self talk. After completing this course I am making positive changes in my life that are leading me to be the person I know I should be. The resources in this course are priceless and I've continued to use even after completing the course.

I love Warren's approach. It's easy to understand, and thorough. The combination of slides and him on video helps me follow along easily. I've learned to better understand and recognize my own anxious thoughts, and it has helped me to put an end to my panic attacks because I see it happening before it fully erupts. Although I've done some other courses about anxiety, this is my absolute favourite. His guided meditation is awesome! I highly recommend this course.
