I agree,however I have believed to be myself , don’t settle, stand up for what I believe and never lie. The problem is no one wants to hear the truth and no one likes people who be themselves and not what society wants them to be. I have believed this since I was 5 ( believe it or not) and because of this I have been disowned by my mother and siblings. That is not good for self confidence.

Simple and Efficient. I really like that the core fundamentals of self-development in this course are easy to remember and apply. After taking only part of this course I realized that the hardest thing in life is not our circumstances, our wealth, or even our upbringing, its gaining self-control over our minds. Though I have only taken part of this course my current favorite technique that is taught is the 5 second rule. When remembered it can really stop a bad habit such as procrastination.
