The difference between hiring right and hiring wrong can be the life or death of an entire organization. Unfortunately, you probably don't know the best practices of hiring.

I have learned the types of questions in the interview. Like Open-ended, Closed-ended & Leading questions.

Too much time was spend "selling" behavior based interviewing (more than half the course). Also documents were not usable when downloaded. All had to be renamed to allow default pdf viewer to identify and open them.

The concepts taught are useful, well defined, and the exercises reinforced them beautifully. I especially liked that he used examples from a number of job types and disciplines. He is an engaging speaker, the content was well organized and paced.

This was more of an overview of how to create an entire interviewing program, for an entire company/department, rather than teaching new interviewers how to conduct their interviews. This course talked a lot about job description, interview format, and interiew results format, all of which as a junior person I have no input to. It was interesting to hear about them, but I wish there had been more of a focus on the actual interview itself.

This course was better than I expected. It seems like simple stuff, but a lot of these steps get ignored or discounted in most organizations. I used what I learned to restructure my interview process immediately after I took the course.

helpful to think through the behavior based decision making. It makes a lot of sense and should be followed

Clear overview on what is to be discussed. Explained the importance and different styles. The presentation was informative, easy to understand and relate. The pause time it provided was a good way to reflect and let the information sink in.

Concepts are easy to grasp, but hard to implement. Early on there were a couple of exercises that were promised to be re-visited, yet weren't. Otherwise, the course was super good, lots of interesting and useful concepts, explained in a direct way.

Very useful information. Thank you so much! I would suggest improving the presentation though instead of just looking at the presenter and having the activities done offline. There is a tendency to lose focus because there is nothing interactive to do.

The lectures left me pretty satisfied, even though I don't belong to the field of Human Resources. It gave me a good insight and actually helped me to see through the eyes of my possible following job interviewers. Mr Fourman was quite comprehensive while he managed to make his point clear. Recommended.

Concise with good clarify. It would be even better if there is an enacted interview example included in the lessons.

This is a very thorough but brief (not a lot of time needed) on how to interview effectively. I thought this instructor was very engaging.

Short, straight to the point, very professional. But I wish there were more pdf materials and maybe some recommended additional resources.

Great concrete advice with specific examples. Also, great job of pointing out why to follow the process and the benefits of preparing in advance.

There's no silver bullet, despite this short training there's invaluable information and ample exercises to nail the concepts.
