I think course as a whole was good and engaging for someone who is already familiar with technical terminologies and abbreviations but will be good if it appears in writing at least on the slides because then you don't have to pause the video and Google it in some cases.
Had a clear understanding of encryption algorithms (e.g. caesar cipher; Exclusive Or for binary encryption). Had a good review of OS command line utilities such as ping, netstat, tracert, ipconfig and netcat.
Very easy to take in, I like the information that is being given to me and how he is telling it as well.
Extremely detailed and informative, as was the Network+ Training from Mike and Total Seminars. Dude is a baller.
I passed. Listened to this course at 1.5x on the way to work. Went through part of a sample test offered by comptia.
Mike Myers is easy to follow and listen to as well as understand what he is talking about. He is really good at breaking things down in dummy terms.
easy...funny and totally clear to understand the topics....and the way mocks COMPTIA ...damn is hilarious

O instrutor explica muito bem. As aulas são interessantes e até mesmo sofrendo pelo sono, dá vontade de assistir.
I just started this course, started linking the way Instructor explaining each tiny worg definition and the flow.
This course compliments my study of Routing & Switching and gives more information and guidance to infrastructure security.
Mike Meyers is a good instructor and is extremely knowledgeable, and has written the defacto books on CompTIA certification.
Great course. some points you have to do your own research but thats okay. you're not being spoon fed the whole time. Will review again after i take my Sec+ in a couple days Edit: passed my exam and this course played a huge role.
I have use several of Mike Myers classes to pass my Comptia exams. I appreciate the straight forward teaching style. I usually go through the video and then read through his book and I am ready for my exam.
Mike is awesome! He keeps the lectures very interesting and explains most concepts very clearly. Seems like it will be great prep for the Security+ exam.
