The captions are utterly broken. That is not the fault of the presenters! They were awesome. But please, as someone who loves to be able to read what my presenters are saying, fix the captions, or get someone to transcribe by hand.

The series is not well organized. They don't state which objectives they are covering, making it difficult to take organized notes or know what area you would like to focus on more. The slides are inconsistent and not used effectively. None of the definitions are shown and when the speaker is listing several terms, they aren't listed. That makes it so you need to rewind a lot or look at the auto generated Closed Captioning, which is not always accurate. I bought this video series since it was the only one covering Project+ PK0-05 on Udemy, but that is no longer the case. I suggest looking at other options.

Not good at all, if you use this solely to prepare for the Project+ you will fail. Not one single topic was spoke thoroughly enough to help you pass any portion of the exam. ITProTV use to put out valuable content but this is garbage. To be honest it was a waste of time and becausse I paid for it I watched the entire thing hoping it would get better. But no...

This course is very professional. It's scripted, but not in a way that makes easily distracted people (me) lose track of what's going on, which is great. It tells you the information you need and why it's important (which leads to learning). Great course.

The information is straightforward as the other reviewer said. However, Robin Abernathy's voice is extremely irritating and I cannot stand to listen to her but for a few minutes at the time. I had to but it on mute with the captions on in order to get through to section 7. I really hope Joseph Phillips does a PK0-005 course (he has a PK0-004 course on Udemy that I would highly recommend, sadly the PK0-004 has been retired as of 5/9/23). I am going to retake his and use quizlet to learn the updated sections because I simply can't take this anymore.
