Information is there, but the way it's presented is mind numbing. When expressing things that involve themselves with the subject, try and show those on the screen as well. That way, they're not learned during the test. ♥

Explanations for complex concepts such as IPSec and B8ZS are not very clear. Some contents of quizzes are not even mentioned in the lessons.

Kevin Wallace is a master instructor hands down. He teaches through visual, audible, palpable and concrete perspectives with humor. Nothing less then good success with Kevin's instruction here.

After listening to this instructor for so long this has become very disappointing. As in if I didn't have to watch this for work I wouldn't. This class also has nothing hands on or activities in any way... The instructor just rambles away for what feels like forever and then I take a poorly designed test... over and over... The instructor is trying... He's just not interesting or engaging.

For its price it is quality learning material. The only thing I can comment about is its structure. If the teaching structure follows the test guidelines and objectives in order, then it can be easily followed.
