the course description should make it clear that its more about passing the exam and not about skills

Although, it contained quizzes. It would have been nice to have at the minimum of two mock exams. Course Materials was widely covered.

For a person without any security knowledge it is the best course. Where they teach you all the concepts need to be a start your Security analyst role.

The course is very well taught, the explanations are very clear and precise, there are just some few mishaps like the slides showing is different from the current topic but it's not that big of a deal. Overall good course!

I love Total Seminars! I used them to help me with Sec+ so using their course for CySA+ is a no brainer. I'm pairing this with CompTIA's cert master learn/practice and I think I'll be good to go!

Speak too much and shows few examples or animations, when watching a long time it starts to get tiring, but good and detailed info.

Spread the lectures out over the past 5 months since I work full time and have family obligations. Great pace and the instructors are excited and deliver the material in an easy to learn manner. By referencing the chapter resource pdf topic summaries, buying the CompTIA labs, and doing lots of practice tests over and over until I get a 90+ average, and I know I will pass the Comptia test for sure. Very glad I bought this class as I'm real close now to being fully certified!

A few days after passing the exam, I got the impression that this course was only an introduction to the subject. Basic, good and well delivered, but far from the level needed to pass. A lot of extra effort needed (especially in PBQ's)

I have recently passed my Comptia A+, Network+, Security +, and now CySA+ with Total Seminars being my primary or only study guide. For my most recent exam, the Comptia CySA+, I used only this course to prepare for the exam. Good things first: I thought both of the instructors communicated the material in an extremely straightforward manner that was incredibly clear and easy to follow. I have to say that from a presentation perspective, this may be my favorite Total Seminars course I have taken so far. Now the bad news: Total Seminars Courses normally average around 20 hours of video (sometimes very slightly more or less). A normal Comptia exam last 90 minutes. This course contained only 11.5 hours of video content, nearly half the normal quantity. The CySA+ exam is a 165 minute exam (nearly double the normal length). Ray Charles could see that they need to make this course longer and go over certain subjects in far more depth than they do. That being said, it's hard to argue with success. This is my fourth exam that I've passed on the first attempt with the help of Total Seminars. So maybe I'm being too hard on them. I do think, however, that Total Seminars should take a look at how many of these comments all say the same thing: this is good content, it is not enough content.

It was a good refresher course. I would have completely bombed the test if this had been the only course I had taken to prepare for the test. DO NOT TAKE THE TEST BASED SOLEY ON THIS COURSE. I passed my CompTIA CySA+ exam because I am working on a degree in cybersecurity and those classes prepared me for the exam. I used this course as a refresher to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything important. You will definitely need a couple years' experience or a lot more training than this course offers to think about being successful in taking the exam.
