Design thinking part was better than PM part, but still it was pretty slow and poor in useful information. PM part was pretty awful. Videos were recorded thinking someone will make cuts, but no one did so we end up with a lot of bloopers and information being repeated. Overall, pretty disappointing course given the huge length.

I don't believe the facilitator has a good understanding of wicked problems- her explanation and examples were very weak. And she doesn't sound passionate about the topic. So far, I can google the content.

Engaging speaker. Outlines the concepts to be covered well. Good explanations though found it could be explained more simply.

Caption text is not exactly matching with what facilitator is saying in the videos. It's creating problem to understand the topic if someone is referring to caption text only.

I feel a lot of this information is pretty well-known in the design world. While the case studies are interesting, the introductory content could be more interesting and bring a new point of view to the table, rather than regurgitating what I could read in a Medium article about Design Thinking. I also feel the introduction of this course could be much shorter. The production quality is also low - these should be rerecorded where the speaker has higher quality audio & video. It would make these videos more engaging and make me feel like this course is worth my time. The users of this course are people who likely work in design and appreciate visual aesthetic and attention to detail. Consider overhauling the recordings and either removing the low quality video and overlaying the current audio over higher quality images & visuals, or rerecording them.

It is real good course and understandable , I can link it to my project even to normal daily life...currently have been thinking rational which help me so much in creating solution to many challenges. At the end of the course I will apply it to project am looking foward to implement

Nice overview with some small introductions to the topics which will be important in upcoming lectures.
Pinar
November 16, 2022
Too many repetitions and 80% of the content is just introduction to a content instead of teaching the content itself
Julien
November 3, 2022
Teacher does not seem to apply design thinking principles in introduction (abuse of video / iStock photos and videos, introduction is overly long and does seem to have design thinking in term of design)
Mohammad
October 27, 2022
Too much talk on a single slide! Instead of just lecturing, please include some interactive slides in the course.
Lina
October 24, 2022
Good topics for design thinking but there is a lot of repetition. Recommend consolidating the content while maintaining the critical topics.
