As a beginner its good so far, the most frustrating thing is when your screen doesn't match the instructors screen whenever a command is carried out, or when certain tabs don't appear in the same location as the instructors.

Adobe is one of the waste editing software, As I get along with it I will learn new things day by day. Its just a beginning. I am sure once I finish this course I will come out as professional premiere pro user from this course.

The presenter is already keeping more interested than I have had with a lot of other strictly online courses. I was a bit apprehensive about starting this new course, but the way that this particular course is running, I feel a lot less pressure.

I purchased this course to learn Premiere Pro.
After initial few hours of learning settings comes the actual editing course.
However... Once you are into advanced techniques you cannot follow it without using After Effects.
So if you are expecting to have 50h full of Premiere Pro, be ready for a dissapointment.

I am almost two hours into this class, and we've yet to even move videos into the timeline to create a basic sequence, something he even stated early on is what he knows most students want to do. He spends way too much time early on pontificating and asserting which workflows and work styles are the best. The workspace layout is important early on, but there's way too much of his subjective assertion built in, especially about which workspace elements to get rid of and about keyboard shortcuts. He almost sounds dogmatic about keyboard short cuts. Many of us actually do not want to use keyboard short cuts and like to "waste our time" pointing and clicking. Also, please don't show us your multi-layered personal video timelines early in the course when those aren't course materials. Just stick with the course materials. I highly recommend he start the course with some basic video imports and edits to keep the students engaged and motivated. Much of his initial segments should be placed towards the end of the course in customization, workflow, and keyboard sections. He's almost lost me already.

As a disclaimer to my review, I know he's very knowledgeable about this Software and I'm sure he's quite successful in his career. HOWEVER, his method of communication and teaching is a little bit too casual and unprofessional. Right off the bat we get some personal interjections about "being bad with financial stuff" and curt little jokes about "this isn't my keyboard, mine is much cleaner" and such. I don't need to hear any of that. In fact, it knocks my respect for him down a few notches, as that just seemed childish. He also states his opinion as fact: "You'll never need this feature. In MY ten years of experience I've never used this other feature, and close these windows, and NEVER EVER use the Audio mixer" Uhm. Dude, I'm an audio engineer and sound designer. I need to know about all the audio features. Just because it's outside your realm of expertise doesn't mean it's not relevant. Also, don't assume people will "NEVER EVER" use a feature. That's not good teaching. You can easily just say "These features are outside of the scope of this tutorial. But if you want to learn more about them there are links for you to do so"
I find many Udemy courses subpar as far as the video recording, specifically the audio. But most of the general presentation of the information and the willingness to be the best educator possible makes me get through this. I can tell this course will be somewhat of a chore to get through because of the ongoing opinionated dismissal of features.
I say just save your money and subscribe to LinkedIn Learning for better quality Premiere Pro courses .

After seeing this course's duration I thought it will be the best course for me. Because The tutor has expended time on this course. But I was wrong. The lesson is too much long and disturbing. And the tutor not replied. Six days ago, I asked for help from him but they didn't reply to me yet.
I am learning on this course when I've got time from my work. That's why I couldn't check the whole course properly. And I missed the refund option.

If you are a complete beginner and you want to learn adobe pr pro from scratch This is the right course for you. One important thing you have to be patient as the master digs deep into the fundamentals and explains every single thing that he does(that may be time-consuming if you are already familiar with the basic and intermediate levels). I love the pr pro and advance (Ae) section Editing section. Thank you so much for this wonderful amazing course.
