very good course, however the exercises can use a bit more work. Even the formatting is not great on some of them. Also answers to the conversation exercises could be helpful- to check if our own assumptions are correct.

The course is all about general information, however you need to give more examples of the different types of communications (as you did in section 3) so audience will understand more and learn how to communicate better.

I believe this course was a good match for me. A lot of times I struggle with knowing what I want to say, but not knowing how to communicate the message effectively. I think this course has done a great job so far, covering this topic.

Good course and nice detailed explanations. I have a few suggestions that may be worth looking into by your team. 1. Including more examples for the various topics that are discussed. 2. Having a pdf resource with summarised discussion about the topics taught. Will help students to look into the tips more often whenever possible.

This must have been prior to the pandemic as Lorraine Wiseman mentioned no other avenues of communicating with virtual teams other than via email -- no Zoom or Teams, being on camera, etc.
