Production quality is good. But examples are so basic like “getting a watch repaired” and material and solutions are just definitions rather than experience and insights.

This course made me realize my past mistakes when it comes to listening to others. Not just with my colleagues, but also with my friends and family. I've been in many situation where I don't listen emphatically and now I have a better insight of what might they have felt at that moment. Sympathy is more of a feeling of pity for another. Empathy is our ability to understand how someone feels while sympathy is our relief in not having the same problems. When we relate with empathy, we give the other person space to own their emotions and feelings.

This course gives several tips when you need to understand the point of view of someone who has suffered a loss, had a problem, or needed help or advice from you. The content is very good. The timing on the bullet slides ("what is", "how to"..) is a little fast and does not give the opportunity to process these points.

I like the course material - the teacher's communication style is to talk quickly which I think makes the learning lessons pass too quickly before letting them sink in.

I can relate to it- And is providing some good insight to a word that I often use as "being empathic" but not just "EMPATHY"- Its a wider range to look at, and with a clear purpose. yet- you don't have to deep "deep" into this to just "understand" or try.
