well just got done with torso rotations and it was what i expected. well explained.a different change from doing sit-up's!.

I am 64 and have not been to my gym since the pandemic started. These exercises are fun and easily modified. I feel looser and more mobile in my joints than I have in a very long time. Thank you!

Some pretty nifty exercises but no instructions or mentioning of how to use them (besides what's in the course description "how to make warmup fun"). Do not recommend to people who do not know how to make your own workout plans

I love this course, I am 52 years old and these movements has help me improve in my mobility in my hips and shoulders. Also build strength in my core, and alleviate lower back pain. Excellent course I would recommend it for everyone.

Great for shoulder and spine mobility -- really worked out some knots. However, for the scorpion, I really had to stop and stretch out my hamstrings, because they cramp as I bring my legs back (trying to use a higher and rounder arc, using the whole chain of muscles involved, rather than just the quad, seemed to help as well.

Content is presented thoroughly and completely . Instructor illustrates competence and addresses tips tricks warnings as well as options. Unbelievable that he put this into this format so professionally . A steal to have this purchase for so cheap . Great underpriced investment. I’ll be buying more from him. My wife and I love him
