While we'll be using a specific set from Caran d'Ache's Luminance range, don't worry if you don't have exactly these—the principles apply to any brand you prefer. Here are the colours we'll be using for our landscape:

- 🔥 030 Orange
- 💙 162 Phthalocyanine Blue
- 🌱 470 Spring Green
- 🌿 220 Grass Green
- ⚫️ 009 Black
Materials You'll Need:
- Coloured Pencils: The 6 mentioned above, or a similar set from your choice of brand.
- Paper: Light grey PastelMat Paper (or UART 800 Grade Paper if you prefer).
- Blending Solvent: Zest It is recommended for its quality and effectiveness.
- Brushes: Round Brushes in Sizes 1, 2, 4, and 6 to apply the solvent.
The Basics:
We'll start with the foundational principles of coloured pencil drawing. You can watch these lectures at your own pace—no need to copy anything at this stage; we just want to get you familiar with the materials and techniques.
Outline Drawing:
You'll receive an outline drawing and my finished picture to work from. Whether you choose to trace the outline onto your drawing surface or create it freehand, these visual aids will guide you through the process.
Step by Step Instructions:
Through detailed video instructions, I'll walk you through each stage of drawing your landscape. You'll learn techniques that will help you create stunning images that you can be proud of. From laying down your first colours to adding final details, every step is covered in depth.
