It was neat hearing a new perspective of how we are heard professionally. When we call people, we are interrupting their day to talk about "MY" agenda. We need to guide the call to change the customer's perspective about the conversation and make the call about "OUR" agenda. Very modern and updated. Helpful for anyone who interacts with people professionally. Not just in a cold calling or sales capacity.

Sorry, But I did not enjoy this course very much. I am a specialized Banker and I don't like the fact that Bankers are called boring in the the course. Some specific mention is made about 21 year old persons, which I did not appreciate.

Great information on an exciting more productive way to cold call, which helped me understand that I need to focus on the results the prospect wants instead of what I think they should want. This is a short lecture, not a practical course but still informative.

Hilarious presenter. While the content isn't mind blowing or unique, the way that he presents it and shares it are unique. His humor, smarts, and sense of humility while teaching about building links with people is what's kept me watching the webinar. Great course so far.

I saw this guy on there and then look at Amazon and he was highly rated. I figured for $30 a course by him on cold calling might be interesting. WRONG. This course is NOT on cold calling. The guy comes off like a jerk. His tone is arrogant. He is not helpful. He is too busy pitching his buddy "Frank". However he is pitching a URL that doesn't work. This course was so bad I couldn't get through it. What's this course about? Using LinkedIn. Using the internet. Had I wanted a course on using LinkedIn I would have shopped for a course on using LinkedIn. I had sought out a COLD CALLING course because I still could call as part as my over all marketing strategy. Don't waste your time on this course.

The course to me strikes at the core values of selling. You must bring value, build relationships and prepare. It is not about making millions of cold calls, it is about making the right calls and making each one count. A must course. I enjoy making cold calls because I know the opportunity exist to build a long term relationship and help that person be successful. This course gave me even more insight and helped refine the rough edges.
