The course gets down to the topic and answered my main concerns about cold calling which satisfied my needs. What I would improve is the amount of given information. It was too general and didn't cover all issues totaly. Still I givr 4,5 since I coudn't expect more in less than an hour. Thank you Dragos :)

The course seemed to only provide the bare basics. Some examples or actual phone calls would be useful in improving telemarketing techniques.
