The course was well designed, concise but left me with a feeling of doubt. The doubt wasn't much about the tutor but about COBIT standard per se. Up to the point of deriving Governance and Management Objectives and using the toolkit to assess target capability levels, COBIT works very well for me. I have doubts about how do I use the information to CREATE a program of change - translating the improvement areas into actionable items across the 7 components. I also have doubts about using COBIT with other standards as TOGAF or ITIL or MSP/SAFe to create an holistic IT Strategy.

Content time estimation is far, far lower than it should be. The assignments were helpful, but the time required was much more than the estimate for the course. The quiz at the end was much more technical than it should have been, requiring extensive review of specific areas of the course content; this was not a quiz, it was an exam, and should have had a 1-hour estimate.

Passed the exam, Implementation part is difficult so better to try to score in other areas, the content is good.
