The voice of the trainer is like a hammer kicking my head. I just can't concentrate on the content, even if interesting, due to the voice. I highly recommend the author to reconsider: the pace of speaking (should be slower) and the tone of voice (should be more neutral). This will radically improve the training.

Definitely a good course to take in. Also, to realize that coaching goes far behind the obvious, but also include the most fundamental element as a coach, which is listening and taking in, instead of just giving advice to get the individual out of your space as soon as possible and continue with your own responsibilities.
