Very Basic but gives you a quickstart. Also I prefer a more common database like Postgres. Furthermore it is not that easy to understand the lecturer due to his strong accent.

Good overview, one thing to add to the migrate, backup and restore section is restoring when you have transaction logs to deal with and not just a single file from a database.

Instructor spoke slowly and clearly, too slowly though and there was no option to play at 1.5 speed. Course did not cover anything about Enterprise Edition. It should mention that at outset.

I feel as though everything I am learning is pretty general. I wish he included daily task with downloads we can use to practice. Most of what I learned is available on youtube for free. I was really hoping to get some real world practice.

No. I do not feel this course was well developed nor was it well presented.
The useful slides were difficult to read.
The presenter doesn't seem to really know RDS.
No explanations of information were shared, just "fumbling" through the "point and click" features.
I did not even learn enough to be able to connect to the instance after creating it.
