I have dieted over the course of 40 years and attempted to try many times and ways to get "healthy" I just really don't know where to start. I recently lost 40 pounds and feel great. I want to continue my journey with food by continuing to make great food choices and enjoy new foods that are better for me. I do not want to be diabetic and over weight with heart disease, etc like others in my family. This will help.

I am taking this course, as I will soon be working for a music studio, and would like to be able to work with vocalists, to be able to recommend them healthy food choices before coming into perform, and essentially record. I’m only a couple videos in, but I can really see the value in the content, in which is provided.

I felt like this course gave me a lot of really valuable information on clean eating--super practical tips and info. The lectures were easy to watch or just listen to, and I got a lot out of it. The instructor was fun to follow, and I am definitely going to take his next course. I'll be trying a few of those recipes from the bonus section too!
