Provide me a little more that what I already knew but some times I could hear what he was saying and when he was doing the configurations could not see and he was typing so fast. I am not a pro that why I purchase this.

Good information, but the music was louder than the instructor so it was hard to hear what he was saying. Thankfully, the videos had subtitles making it somewhat easier to follow allong

Can't understand a thing he is saying, lots of typos in the subtitles, and the volume of the voice goes down to almost nothing by the middle of every video. A lot of useless time in the video just pointing the physical pictures.

The course was interesting, but the instructor's voice started loud then reduced in volume, so much to the point that I could only hear the incidental music. It was as if the microphone he was using was not always close to his mouth - he should have been wearing a full headset, or used a better microphone. Also, there was no need to have incidental music in the background. It made it difficult to hear the instructor when his voice was low. Overall, this is an okay course, not brilliant and not poor. If the music was removed and the instructor's voice could be heard throughout the whole course it would get a better score.

In additional, I am very impressed with the author's excellent presentation especially in Section 3 such as Central Office Server & Cell Tower! Very basic but the presenter is amazing: background music, good speaking. Nice presentation of all devices, configurations and using packet tracer. I've changed from 4.5 to 5. I remember all the steps and working with Packet Tracer like using months ago :).
