The instructor does nothing but read from slides. His reading is rushed, and his pronunciation is poor. He offers absolutely no insights, no analysis, and zero suggestions for relating the material to anything. Frankly, this is the worst course that I've ever taken. I deserve a refund.

I had to turn the audio off. The English enunciation was barely understandable and the text of the monologue is terrible.

All he did was read from his presentation word for word. I could have read it faster on my own. This course is not even worth the discounted price. It would have been more efficient and better for the student if had sent a PDF document rather than reading to us. His voice is annoying after a while.

No so good, the instructors only reads that we can see it in the presentation, I would like he explains or compares with the examples in the mainframe and could explain the effect to change the parameters.
I would like more excersices with problems about abend, how can I debug a transaction, how can i see the information in the queue, how can i modify the queue, what are the most tipical abends ....

Instead of buying this tutorial one person can go to https://www.tutorialspoint.com/cics/cics_environment.htm for free.
The trainer just reading the content from that mentioned web site.
It's completely ridiculous tutorial.
First time I tried using Udemy after listening to my friends, but now I will say 'NO to Udemy' for any tutorial to my friends.
Udemy should verify the contents before publishing any tutorial here so that people won't loose their money like me and Udemy can keep its reputation intact,
waste of money :(
I suggest everyone, please don't dare to go for this course.

It is a mere copy paste from materials found on google, no explanation of the steps. We. can also read out the steps , if that would have been the intention, directly from google and not purchased the tutorial

the instructor is basically just reading word for word from the slides. With no additional explanation or details. Since I'm not familiar with CICS, there were many statements/info on these slides that needed additional explanation/details.
So, this presentation/class is a bit disappointing(so far anyway).

The material what the trainer is reading is already available online. While explaining the program, atleast should explain more. NOT WORTH for the money.
