Too easy and bare bone basic. I could've learned this by myself with less hassle. There are however improvements possible in future courses by explaining more about what we're exactly doing and more examples about what certain functions could be used for in projects. Edit: I realize I gave a lower rating than necessary. Props to the instructor for reaching out.

Great course. The friendly and energetic Sivakumar makes you want to learn. What I liked is the short videos explaining a topic. This makes it easy to pop in and out where you may need a second viewing. The course covers the basics and I feel very confident building my own bot. As we learn we need to get used to the terminology and orientation; where is what and how do they all fit together. You'll know when you did the course. The course covers all the basics but Sivakumar gives you more by sharing ways to make your bot better. I always had questions about, for example, how to collect user input and get this via email. Even this was covered. My first bot I tried without a structure. And I gave up. After this course I know bot building is "easy" but it needs practice. I could not even start practicing without this course. Great stuff. Well recommended.

The instructor tells you "click here, type this" but doesn't explain many concepts. It was useful to see a number of Chatfuel features in action, and some of the integrations are complex enough that it was helpful to see the step by step setup instructions. But the overall delivery tends toward rote "follow the leader" repetition.

I'll be honest. Chatfuel is a user-friendly service. You can figure most of it out for yourself. This course brings you from basic to advanced level. Mr. Kannan enthusiastically explains the components and shows other services and methods to organize, implement, and market your chatbots. There is even homework. I never thought I'd be happy to see homework! Within a few hours of first opening the course, I had a full-fledged operational chatbot working on my Facebook page and website. I regularly take courses through Udemy and other platforms. Sivakumar Kannan is already one of my favorite instructors. His enthusiasm is magnetic. I believe he should create a course for other instructors on how to properly create an engaging Udemy course.

The instructor knows his stuff. His delivery is a little sketchy at times since English is obviously a second language but he won't disappoint you with content.
