Change your negative mindset to a positive mindset

In this course, you will learn more about positive thinking, understand more about yourself, habits, and how you can change things. It's about growing your mind from aspects you may have already in negativity. You will learn more about positive habits, developing your skillset in finding solutions, why you may think negative, hacking the four happiness chemicals, being selective on the types of people you meet, laughing in situations, and many more.

As you go through the lectures, there will be some exercises for you to complete in your own way as you hear my voice on the videos, please take care of your own of completing it in your own words. There is no right or wrong here, it is about answering your own questions of what you would like in a positive life and developing your mind to a better way.   You will have control of where you are already with positive thinking as every video you go through you will learn something about yourself.  Consistent positive thinking is hard however in this course you will learn ways to increase more positivity in your own life.  The journey you go decide to choose to transform your mindset will be down to your habits and perceptions of things.
