Change your state in an instant: The Art of NLP Anchoring

I generally liked the course but have two issues: 1. It turns out to be a course for NLP instructors not for self application. Now the final part when the Anchoring technique is taught he does instruct on SELF APPLICATION. Good but I wish the whole course were solely for self application. 2. When he does teach the self application he uses words like.. "you are responsible for the technique". I have a degree in psychology and if a "treatment form" is the responsibility of the client this constitutes the "non-falsifiable" fallacy. "The treatment is a complete success but the patient did not do it correctly?. No it is the responsibly of NLP not the client. Granted the teacher cannot be present as it is a Udemy course. But better to not even raise the issue of "responsibility" at all. He would have been better served if he did not bring up the issue at all or instead said best results are with a coach or teacher.

Very well put together. I would suggest the lecturer slows down just a little bit in relation to his delivery, but aside from that, very good so far. I would also add that live videos of him anchoring would be a great way of getting a deeper understanding just like the other udemy courses provided.

Another great course from Matthew Barnett! Matthew does a great job at quickly setting the table so that one can enjoy and easily digest the delicious meat and potatoes of this course :-) I had immediate success setting a very important anchor for myself and I look forward to creating more in the near future along with helping anyone else who needs it.
