As someone who has dedicated my life to learning and education, I have seen my fair share of change - first as a high school teacher and now as the VP of Learning at Udemy. I have spent my career focused on helping others grow, something that is absolutely rooted in our openness and willingness to change. Now, it’s part of my job to prepare my colleagues for constant change so they can move through it successfully, and I hope to help you do the same in this course.

Its good I can correlate this with the situations which I have dealt in my personnel life and failed because of no proper guidance. But after this lecture I think I could take changes in more positive manner.
I found the course very informative. It helped me to reflect in current and past changes and helped me to ready myself for future changes. The content and the presentation is wonderful and the workbook is a nifty addition that you can refer back to.
This course helped me understand the necessary steps to take in order to be flexible or adaptable to changes at work. Various techniques were given with strategies to take when unexpected changes happen. Got to view at it as positive but meanwhile work with myself on the reactions and feelings I get, validate and evaluate them. Then seek out what tools best work for me to accept the change. Important thing is to communicate with management any doubts to clear the air and move forward. Good course. Thank you!
What I really appreciate is reminding people that (oftentimes) what is best for the business is best for them. That sounds like a sell-out statement but it is true. If your values and your company's values do not align well enough, then move along. People should not expect their company to simply change for them in all matters.
yes... I am a strong believer of change...… evolving and learning personally for me gives the excitement to give my best and avoids setting in of complacency
Yes it was a good course for me.I've learned that everything is possible if you put your mind to it. I have to plan ahead in order to succeed.
Great course, speaker has nice tone, comes with a workbook, also concepts were explained thoroughly, concepts can be applied to every aspect of life. Material was broken down in small sections, with great examples.
Yes I enjoyed this course in thinking about different ways to deal with change. Some really helpful tips. Thank you
Good tips. Specially the communication part.. Questions to Lead/Ask for a change.. these could be very helpful in probing a problem and identifying a solution irrespective you are a a recipient of a change or a leader driving the change!! Thank you.
Change has always been a challenge for me. The tools given were constructive and I am going to use them at home and at work. Good job!
I've experienced a lot of change throughout my career so I could relate to a lot of what was said and I've definitely seen a range of reactions from people when dealing with change. Good course
An insightful, informative course, especially on how to handle and accept change...and how to make it work for you, turning change into a positive outcome for you.
The course is good, everything is explained briefly. It would be a great learning if more examples are there.
The format is too much single lecturer delivering the message coupled with reading a pdf. Its just not interactive at all and no situational examples. I was expecting more for a course titled Agility.
Great tangible approaches to deal with whatever change you are dealing with. I really liked learning about the Questions to ask (or provide) when communicating about change and the reverse brainstorming technique. Thanks for an informative course!
