Explanations are clear and concise. Key ideas are repeated a few times to highlight the importance. Real world examples used to link back to the teachings. The downside is that the delivery was very static and reading off the screen. Downloadable resources are nice to have as templates but may not be applicable in certain situations. There is a duplicated slide in Data Gathering Techniques in Process Mapping; Structured Workshop. The best takeaway from this whole course is the E-S-C-A-P-R Funnel, which is a reminder to not keep all processes unnecessarily just because it has always been done that way.

This was very informative, grounding, and inspiring. There were some grammatical things that got annoying as the speaker sounded like a robot (I think it actually was a robot.)

It is simple. I can understand well. I don't understand in few points but I am sure I will understand later.

The information provided in the course was good, but the delivery was awful. It was very monotone and repetitive when it didn't have to be.

There are factual errors - APQC is written as AQPC. Deming's cycle is PDCA not PDSA. Audio quality is poor. The outline of the course is very promising but execution does not meet the expectations.

As far as subject goes, yes it was a match. However, the narrators accent is so difficult to understand, I wasn't sure what she was saying sometimes.

Really very good course, I am Senior Business Process Analyst, it helps me to revise a lot of old topics in an amazing way in addition to many new knowledge areas ... really it deserves 5 stars only if there is an attached presentation or even a word file including the lectures transcript.

Course is essentially just a voice over reading the slides verbatim and the audio quality is pretty mediocre. There is a tremendous amount of unnecessary repetition in the material and the quantity and quality of examples provided is pretty weak.

It is a nicely structured course. I had previously attempted to learn BPM from books, but kept on falling asleep. This video course helped me to overcome that and finally grasp the idea of business process mapping. It hasn't made me an expert as I'm yet to practice what have been taught. But I've surely been equipped with the tools. My only request to the course author would be to expand the lecture on examples of process maps to include how-to, tips, tricks and gotchas of creating different types of process maps. That'd really add value to this course.

the content is actually very good and helpful, but the instructor is not engaging and very monotonous and high pitched vocal presentation.

it was not a good for me. they are over using of the slide animation with the company logo between the slides. it is better to use that maximum once per chapter. several typo mistakes (including wrong spilling for the website at the end of each chapter). in some slides, voice is not synchronised with the slid

Great content, well organised and easy to follow. Need to improve a bit the audio and the slides coordination, but overall it's well worth the time and money spent

The course is informative however there were some technical challenges like pausing or rewinding created loss in presentation. Also, some slides appeared with no content. Since the course can be accessed globally, there is a need to improve the voice clarity and formation of words with a neutral accent. Overall, the course is useful.

The content is well structured and informative. Most of the time the narrator just reads the slides to you or reads a per-written script in a level voice which can be annoying. Luckily the training is slow paced so the reading style leaves you some time to think about the topics as you go. The narrator has a typical Indian accent and leaves out articles (articles also left out on the slide texts) but you get used to it after a while.
