when ever i purchase this course on 19/3 the title was master diploma in advanced diet & nutrition, after i complete this course in the certificate the title were advance diet & nutrition certificate course..its not fair at all..thei course not as whar i expected at all..very dissapointed..

Very informative and direct course. which is completely needed for my bodybuilding lifestyle and coaching. I recommend this course for everyone to have a healthy and stronger heart. This program includes a combination of physical activities, healthy eating habits, cooking oil and lifestyle changes that can improve heart function and reduce the risk of heart disease. The dietary component healthy foods such as fruits, vegetable, whole grain, nuts, and lean proteins, while limiting unhealthy food such processed food and high-fat products. The course may also include stress management techniques and advice on quitting smoking and reducing alcohol intake to help further reduce the risk of heart disease.
