it looks so simple but it is so deep course..I am amazed at all what i need to consider, as well i feel hopeless like is it possible to have good water. I feel encouraged to eat more fruits as i was punishing myself to finish 8 glasses of water...the importance is quality water. I feel my life will change for good with this information

I was looking for a course like this! The instructor goes into the details of water and its interaction with our body, he presents rigorous science around how to prepare your water, what impacts it has on your health, and how to prevent ill effects from bad water. I like the practical tips that are available across the course for example to use water to lose weight, or boost athletic performance. Highly recommend.
