I don't want to sound harsh on the instructor. Seems a very fine and knowledgeable guy. However, it's hard to get the accent sometimes. Or maybe, it's not his fault. Better microphones could have been provided by Udemy and captions could have been added to the video. I'll give an additional feedback after watching the full set of videos. Hopefully, it gets better from here with more energy in the tone. Cheers!

Although the information might be good, it is almost impossible to listen to because of the microphone he is using. I hear higher frequencies in the background that hurt my ears when I try to listen. I have to take these classes for my courses in Joshua Career Institute and still have not been able to complete the first section after a month because of the noise.

I am so sorry, I can not do this course. It was given to me as a gift, and i will not be able to get a refund. i hope i can swap courses. You should have disclaimers on videos like this, like a scale of understanding. I would give this video a 1 out of 5 i grew up in north London, and i even enjoy NetworKing on youtube, I have also listened to Asian Physiology professors talking about the ATP cycle, but i can not deal with this low quality audio and accent. i takes some concentration away from the lesson, it is a struggle to learn while trying to make sure you understood the last sentence.

Great course content, obviously the trainer has extensive knowledge in the field, but slightly difficult to understand. Also, it would be beneficial for the trainer to explain step by step, not all together, what the TCP / IP model consists of and elaborate on each segment separately so that as a student I can have a deeper understanding of the concepts.

Info appears to be good even though it is basic but the instructor is difficult to understand. It is hard to learn a course when you need to constantly go back and re-listen to the video for clarification on what was said

Sorry to rate this course low because the language issue before. The content and knowledge is really good. After listening for a while i get used to the tone and accent of this instructor so now i understand everything more clear than before. I think i acted to soon when i stated the first rating. I apologized for that. I can't say much about this course because i just start it.
