I took this course a year ago, and to be very honest I didn't put much effort into it (probably my ADHD didn't help). I didn't do the activities proposed and therefore didn't see much improvement. Recently I have been feeling like I really needed help with my negative thoughts and I committed to really work on it and boy am I glad! You have to be consistent and put work into it, but if you do, you'll really see the difference. I have started noticing thoughts that previously were unconscious and were leading to self sabotage. Im starting to change those thoughts as they appear and so Im starting to change my emotions and therefore my actions. I love that its not just theory but it comes with plenty of worksheets to put into practice and work on your progress. The videos and explanations are easy to follow. I recommend this course!
