Most of the information was useful and reiterates what we already practice doing. There were only a few slides where all the information would not apply for telemarketing for a resort. This will be useful in training new employees.

great course to let employees watch, im a buisness owner. Being that i live in the philippines and my employees are filipino, the english is a bit hard for them to understand but its still worth having. Also will help prepare my employees for any OZ accounts!!! Brcause it was short sweet and too the point
