I've gone through the whole course and taken loads of notes. I feel it has helped me prepare to do the deep dive of eliminating caffeine intake from my diet. They made some really good points that can be applied across many different types of addictions, and added to my motivation to quit.

Yes, it is a good match for me so far! Very enjoyable, informative and easy to follow. Narrator's voice is calming and confident. Wow! Lots more information than I ever expected. Very thorough, in depth on the vitals for sure! Many, many tools for success, and well laid out.

These guys are so passionate, and this course seems very well put together. The history on caffeine was an especially helpful reality check. I am feeling super motivated, and I am about to do homework assignment number 1. Also - I love that they are both dedicated meditators. I have been meditating daily for over four years now, and it has been my experience that this practice helps immensely with quitting bad habits.

The science and art to kicking the caffeine habit is here! This video course has been written with strategies and tactics to make caffeine a part of your past. Clear and concise. The research is thorough and broken down into easily understood bits. I am ready to clear my kitchen of coffee and tear up my Dunkin Donuts card!

Very engaging, good structure. relatable analogies and quotes. During the end of this course I realized there were insights that were applicable to more than quitting caffeine. These lessons can be applied to achieve greater feats like being more proactive and productive, all while eliminating negative energies.

A unique course for a very specific need I had and came right on time in my life. The research here is thorough and you can tell the instructors draw from a ton of personal experience in addition to psychology/brain training methodology to help people. There's a lot of courses out there offering to "help" people do more in their life, but I feel this course honestly comes from a place genuinely trying to help me quit coffee once and for all.

This course made me think about my habits with drinking coffee in a TOTALLY different way than I have been for many years. I always tried to power through my issues with failing to quit, but now I think I have the tools and skills to switch up that mindset. Definitely recommend - great mix of actionable tips and deep insights!

Matt and Javier offer an engaging and interesting view into the world of caffeine -- the history of caffeine, the promotion of caffeine in modern society, the effects of caffeine use, and a method for reducing / eliminating dependency on caffeine. This is a must-see for those looking to regain clarity and loosen the grips of caffeine.

Rating this course, I took into account many things and I will try my best to explain them concisely. Just a quick background on myself, I am a therapist and have been working with different populations in many different ways, including addiction. Pros: This course is very well thought out and follows a specific order that allows for both engagement and achieving the said goal, which is quitting the consumption of caffeine. The course is filled with a lot of information ranging from history and psychology to current social media and even marketing. The flow of the course goes perfectly with each topic and allows the listener to fully understand and apply the knowledge towards the end goal. Being a therapist myself, I highly appreciated the thought put into the progression of the course and the knowledge provided, which in turn solidifies the base that one is to be working on for understanding and eventually implementing the strategies used to quit. The course used various techniques from the world of therapy and dove into a perfect (in my opinion) combination of implementing the change in one's mind frame on the topic and the tools to quit. There were many tools given that solidify quitting and most were rooted in having long term effects as opposed to short term, which tends to lead to relapse. This is exceptional and meets the goal of the course. This now leads me to the cons. Cons: Now, because the course was heavily rooted in having a permanent effect on quitting caffeine, it also has some drawbacks with the implementation. As stated early in the course, it was designed for someone who is actually looking to quit, which means actual work and input on the user's part. This makes the process longer and tougher, but I wouldn't necessarily take points away from the course as it is meeting it's objective. Overall, it teeter totter's on it's ability to be beginner friendly and for advance minds. Some of the material can be seen as unnecessary at first, but as one begins to actually implement the strategies, homework, and change in outlook on caffeine, one can start seeing the profound change it makes in the process of quitting and continued abstinence from caffeine. The con I see in this is that for someone who is not willing to put the time in to actually apply and learn, the course may not capture this audience. Overall, the course is extremely well written, well thought out, and paced exceptionally well. Some parts may seem to drag out with information, but with good purpose; with full attention given, one will see more permanence towards the wanted change. It is written so well that most of the course can be applied towards working on the addiction of other things whether they are behaviors or substances. I am only taking a half of a star from the course because of its ease of use for beginners or those who want a quick fix. Otherwise, this course is definitely top notch in all areas.

I wouldn't consider myself a caffeine addict (well..maybe) but this course definitely helped me discover the tremendous effects caffeine has on our body and how to overcome these.

Loving the course so far. I especially like the structured framework it's providing to systematically rid myself of basically anything I no longer want in my life, not just caffeine.
