I organically grew into a Business Systems Analyst and did not realize how profound business analysis work is for an organization. It was reflecting proportionally in my work.
With this course I'm able to see the importance of the role and the influence it can make in an organization. I wish I would have taken this course earlier, but better late than never.

Great course with valuable information and practical questions. Don's walkthroughs around the course were enjoyable and because of that I grasped the information with ease. There was one sentence that motivated me to do the assignments "If you won't do them, don't bother the watch the course"... or something like that :) Thank you, Don. It's a great match and fully understandable. My reason for 4.5 stars is I can digest segments way longer than the max of 8 minutes I've seen so far because I'm taking notes in Microsoft OneNote. A lot of "tiny" 2-5 minute segments seems like a lot of overhead for both you as the course builder and me as the consumer. Not everyone will feel this way ... but I have a strong attention span. Personally, I think each Section can be a segment so that 7 Sections has 7 Segments for this entire course. Thanks for taking my feedback.

I have absolutely no regrets about doing this course. It was recommended to me as a prospective BA with no experience. I didn't feel clueless while doing this course. The facilitator, Don Hussey, is an amazing Teacher who taught the concepts clearly, concisely, and eloquently. I highly recommend this course and all the other courses that he teaches. He really is an excellent Teacher!
