The course is filled with useful information that you definitely require to have as IT manager, was missing some real life examples of terms and where to apply these as for people with no background it could be hard to understand how to apply what at which moment in time. Never the less, enjoyed the course to the fullest.

Not very competent creator of this course. Super annoying speaker only reading slides with too much text. Transcript lack proper grammar. I am not recommending it

The material is rather lengthy and she is reading verbatim. This was a great course to take. There were some areas in which the instructor was commenting on but there was no reading material to follow. I'll be repeating the course again and takin notes. Once again a great job.
