This is a fabulous introduction to Business Process Mapping which is an under-utilised and under appreciated business procedure. This was a useful course, the commerical focus was not entirely relevant as I work for an educational insitution but was transferable. I didn't feel that the Bonus lectures on smartdraw and Lucidchart were relevant. A more general lecture on avilable tools and tips for choosing one that is most suitable for you would be preferable.
