The video quality and sound are poor. The speaker is hard to understand at times, speaks too fast at other times and there is often background noises that are distracting. The video also skipped at times too. Also the lack of slides to show with what the speaker was talking about made it very boring and hard to stay focused. Considering this is a course about effectively communicating perhaps the creators should take some of their own advice and apply it to this video.
