Your definition of Business Analyst as a Busyness Systems Analyst is narrow. As a Business Analyst consulting to a range of clients I have performed strategic reviews of business strategies, market analysis for business expansions, decision analysis using scenarios and decision trees supported by probability and cost estimations, financial and trade off analysis for scenarios similar to the BofA example with five buildings.

As a Human Resource Professional, I have been involved in the development of 3 different Human Resource Information Systems. This introductory class helped explain the separation of roles. From my experience, the lesson made me realise that although I was an HR professional, I functioned as a BA and as a QA without realising it. I look forward to the next session.

I enjoy the way the teacher makes it interactive by asking questions. I am learning a lot faster with the hands on teaching. Great job!

One of the unique courses I found in terms of the practical applications that qualifies anyone for the role. this course is away from any theories. One negative point is the explation of the legacy softwares which are not useful for anyone anymore + It will take a little bit long time to finish it since it's a recorded interactive sessions with a group not a direct recorded sessions from the instructor but I find it useful (from my point of view).

Content is great but there is a lot of Q&A sessions with past course participants that is extremely frustrating when you know the answer to the question posed and can’t provide it. Lots of dead space and waiting for people to try and answer.
