The Business Analysis Competencies: Professional Effectiveness (IIBA - ECBA) is the 13th course of the Business Analysis Certification Program which includes a total of 14 courses. This course is the second of the series on business analysis competencies.

In this course, we will focus on developing and understanding various behavioral characteristics that are essential for success as a business analyst. These characteristics include personal accountability, trustworthiness, adaptability, and organization and time management. By studying and practicing these traits, students will be better equipped to navigate the challenges and responsibilities of the role.

Additionally, this course will delve into the business knowledge that is pertinent to business analysis. Students will learn about business acumen, industry knowledge, and organization methodology and solution knowledge.
